Niagara County DPW Conducting Survey Work on Upper Mountain Rd

The Niagara County Department of Public Works (DPW) announced that KHEOPS Architecture, Engineering & Survey, DPC will be performing land surveying for a future infrastructure improvement project along Upper Mountain Road, between Lockport Junction Road and NY Route 31. Survey crews may be present any time between now and November 30 during normal weekday business hours.

According to Niagara County DPW Deputy Commissioner Norm Allen, the objective of the survey is to map existing conditions and does not imply proposed changes to anyone’s property.   However, in order to conduct the land survey, KHEOPS personnel may be in front of people’s property and/or near the front of their home.

Those with questions regarding details of the infrastructure project can contact the Niagara County DPW at 716-439-7250. KHEOPS is a subcontractor of C&S Engineers who Niagara County contracted with to design this project.
