Contact Information Change Form

Please complete the following in order to update your address, phone number, or name on current Niagara County Civil Service eligible lists.  Please note that you should allow five (5) business days for the change to take effect.  It is your responsibility to check your status on all eligible lists.  If we are unable to process your request, you will be notified via email.  You should keep all correspondence from this office in your records.
