Niagara County Emergency Services Warns, Offer Tips, About Frostbite & Hypothermia

As we quickly approach the bitter cold temperatures in the upcoming days, Niagara County Emergency Services would like to remind everyone of some health and safety tips to avoid frostbite and hypothermia. Any skin exposed to the elements of the cold is at risk of frostbite in as little as 30 minutes. Also, let's not forget about our furry friends. Please see the attached images.
