Niagara County Legislator Irene Myers, left, delivers COVID-19 test kits to Marlene Wessel and Karen Johnson of the Youngstown Free Library.  The kits are available to any resident, free of charge, during the libraries regular business hours.  The library is located at 240 Lockport Street in Youngstown.
