April 17 COVID-19 Update

The Niagara County Department of Health issued the following update on positive COVID-19 cases in Niagara County.

                We regrettably report the death of four Niagara County residents.  We extend our deepest sympathy to the family and friends of the deceased.

  • 73 year-old male with underlying health conditions
  • 88 year-old male with underlying health conditions
  • 74 year-old female with underlying health conditions
  • 67 year-old male with underlying health conditions

                    The rest of the update is a follows:          

            Niagara County Legislature Chairman Becky Wydysh will provide an update on COVID-19 today at 2 p.m.  The update will be live on LCTV and streamed at lctv.net.    This broadcast will then be available later in the day in LCTV’s on-demand library under “Niagara County Legislature” and on the county’s Facebook page.
