Instruction for Downloading NC Bids, RFPs, Quotes and Addenda

Dear Valued Vendor:

Niagara County posts all Bid Opportunities, RFP's, and Related Addenda on the Empire State Bid System. This system is now hosted by Bid Net Direct...making vendor registration and downloading bid information even easier than before!

If you would like to receive future bid opportunities from Niagara County and the other participating agencies, you need to register your company online. To register, go to www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york. Just select Register and follow the instruction to complete the registration form. If you are currently registered as a vendor on this system, you do not need to register separately for Niagara County.

You will be given three options for membership. The default option (you do not have to choose it, you just select the "next" button) is the free option. If you would like to upgrade to a paid membership, that is possible during registration.

By registering and creating an account, your company will have a No Cost option to manually search for bid/rfp/quote/addenda opportunities from Niagara County as well as access to all opportunities posted by the other participating agencies!

A second option offers an e-mail notification service, which automatically sends you a message anytime Niagara County or any other participating agency issues bid, request for proposals, quotes and addendums that match your selected product and service codes. The annual fee for this Value-added service is only $89.95 per year.
