The Counseling & Wellness Services at locations in Lockport and Niagara Falls provide outpatient services to Niagara County residents, adolescents and adults, who seek help for a range of emotional and behavioral health concerns and limited physical health concerns, including depression, anxiety, suicidal feelings, psychiatric illness, substance use, relapse prevention, basic primary care and wellness services.

Treatment methods include:

Substance use treatment is part of our Integrated Care Clinic but the Clinics also have additional linkage and joint treatment with another community substance abuse provider as well.

Hours:

Business hours are Monday 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  
After-hours crisis intervention is available to clinic clients by calling the Niagara County Crisis Services 24-hours-a-day / 7-days-a-week phone line at (716) 285-3515. 

*NEW OPEN ACCESS WALK - IN HOURS AND PROCESS *
Open access walk-in hours for new adult clients (ages 18 and older) are available as follows:
  • Lockport location (Shaw Building)
    • Mondays: 10:00 am
    • Wednesdays: 12:45 pm
  • Niagara Falls location (Trott Access Center)
    • Tuesdays: 10:00 am
    • Thursdays: 12:45 pm
    • Fridays: 10:00 am
Individuals will be seen on a first-come first-served basis (some exceptions may apply) during open access times so please arrive by the times listed above.

Individuals will have an informational orientation session to begin the intake process and then be seen by a clinician for intake. Please plan to be present for approximately 2 hours.  

Individuals are also seen by appointment; *however no initial appointment is needed for new adult clients unless one is preferred.

For new adolescent client intakes, please call to schedule an appointment.
