Partnership for Healthy AgingThe Partnership for Healthy Aging in Niagara County is a unique collaboration between the Niagara County Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services, the Niagara County Office for the Aging, and Northpointe Council. The goal of this program is to assist individuals in Niagara County age 55 and older to remain safely in the community and also to help them to flourish by remaining connected with medical, behavioral health and non-medical supports in the community.
