- New York State Exempt Thruway Pass (E-Z Pass) – need to be 100% for a service-connected disability, Permanent and total with vehicle adaptability
- New York State Hunting licenses and permits – need to be at least 40% for a service-connected disability for reduced licenses
- Discharge Upgrade
- Burial Benefits – Monetary benefit requires at least a 10% service-connected disability, in receipt of pension or to have died in a VA hospital
