Health Insurance Information, Counseling, and Assistance Program (HIICAP)

HIICAP provides Medicare beneficiaries with free, unbiased information and assistance related to health insurance.

A HIICAP Counselor can:Insurance agent

  • Help you understand your medical bills
  • Help you understand your health insurance policies
  • Provide information on Long-Term Care Insurance
  • Provide information on Medicare Managed Care
  • The service is free and confidential

HIICAP volunteers provide services at sites throughout Niagara County.
