Click It or Ticket Campaign Starts May 19

The number of fatal crashes doubled on Niagara County Roadways from 2012 to 2013. One out of ten drivers still refuse to buckle up. Data also reflects that seatbelt usage is lower at night than during daylight hours and pickup truck drivers and their passengers buckle up less than others.

Niagara County Reports First Animal Rabies Case of 2014

The Niagara County Department of Health has been notified that a raccoon submitted for rabies testing from Stone Road in the Town of Hartland was confirmed positive for rabies. This is the first rabid animal confirmed in the County this year.
