Conference Date & Location

Date:  October 23, 2019
Time:  8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Booths should setup no later than 8 a.m. and remain open from 8 a.m. -  3:00 p.m.  

Vendor set up is available on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Here is where you will find all the details you need to make your day successful!


Payment is not required at registration, you will receive an invoice.  We accept checks, MasterCard, Visa,  Discover and American Express.  A convenience fee will be added to all credit card payments.  Follow the directions on your invoice to pay online with a credit card.  You will need information from your invoice to make a payment.

Parking & Load In

Vendors can load and unload at the Second Street loading dock then can park at one of the public surface lots or parking lot of any hotel the vendor is staying at.  Parking vouchers will be provided in a separate e-mail.  These vouchers will allow you to park in any City lot for $5.00 upon entry.  The voucher should be presented to the lot attendant and displayed on your dashboard.  Please advise of any large set ups.

Vendor Display Setup

  • Day before the event  3 p.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Day of the event  6:30 a.m. – 8 a.m.

The Event Center is on the ground floor.

Booths should setup no later than 8 a.m. and remain open from 8 a.m. -  3:00 p.m. 

Name Tags: When you arrive, proceed directly to your booth.  Name tags will be provided and if you are receiving this email, then you will find your name tag at your booth. 

Exhibit Area: Single includes (1) 8' skirted table, 2 chairs, and Wi-Fi.  Double includes (2) 8' skirted table, 2 chairs, and Wi-Fi.  Electric is available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance using the registration form.

Classrooms: Classrooms will be setup with a projector, screen, speakers, microphone, whiteboard and internet.  Please provide your own laptop.

Door Prizes: The door prize drawing will take place at 3:00 p.m. in the Cascades Ballroom. Each vendor providing a door prize should collect entry forms/business cards at their booth. At 3:00 p.m. they will be called upon to draw the winner.  All door prizes must be awarded the day of the event.

Shipping Items to the Event: You may ship items directly to the Event Center in advance of the show. Please see Drayage Handling Form:  2019 Drayage Handling FormPlease plan for them to arrive no more than 3 days and no less than 2 days prior to the Forum.  Your shipped items will be in the Event Center when you arrive for set up.  Be aware that items received after 10/21/2019 will not arrive in time to be available at the Forum.  You are responsible for tracking your shipped items.

Address them as follows:     Conference & Event Center Niagara Falls, 101 Old Falls Street, Niagara Falls, NY 14303, Attention:  October 23 Tech Forum, your vendor name (the one you used on the registration form).  Vendors are responsible for making their return shipping arrangements.

Attendee Registration

Attendee registration will open early-September.  Please invite your customers to the free event!.  It is your responsibility to fill your classroom!

Overnight Accommodations

These hotels are all AAA 3 Star or better and within walking distance to the Forum.  We are unable to provide any special pricing on hotels.
