Due to the current health crisis, in-person contact at the Probation Department is by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please contact your Probation Officer by phone between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday - Friday, to make an appointment.

If you do not know your officer’s number, you may call 438-4055. If we are unable to answer, please leave a voicemail message, with a call back number and a brief explanation of why you are calling. We will contact you as soon as possible.

If you need to make a payment, you may do so at any of our office locations on a walk-in basis. Payments can additionally be made online. Please call 438-4055 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday - Friday to obtain your PIN#.

Once you have your PIN# visit our website anytime at: https://www.niagaracounty.com/Departments/Probation - Scroll down and click on: Link to Probation Online Payment - Choose the LKPT - Online Payment in the dropdown, and follow the steps to complete the payment process.
