Parking & Freight Elevators
Vendors should park on the hotel side and then can either valet or self-park. Large set ups may need to come through the freight elevator. The freight elevator is on the North side of the building between the hotel and parking garage and lowers to street level. Smaller items can come through the front door and upstairs.
Vendor Display Setup:
Tuesday, October 2, 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Wednesday, October 3, 6:30 a.m. – 8 a.m.
The Event Center, 2nd Floor
Please have your booth setup by 8:00 a.m.
If you wish, you may "break-down" your booth after 1:00 p.m.
When you arrive proceed directly to you booth. Your name tags and Forum package will be at your table/booth area.
Classroom Presentation: Classrooms will be setup with a projector and screen. You should plan on providing your own laptop.
Door Prizes: The door prize drawing will take place at 12:30 p.m. in the Event Center. Each vendor providing a door prize should collect entry forms/business cards at their booth. At 12:30 p.m. they will be called upon to draw the winner. All door prizes must be awarded the day of the event.
Shipping Items to the Event:
You may ship items to the casino in advance of the show. Please plan for them to arrive between Sept 27 and Oct 1. Your shipped items will be at your table when you arrive for setup.
Items received the day before or day of the event will not arrive in time to be available at the Forum.

Arraignments for return shipping may be made at Guest Services on the 1st floor.
Attendee Registration:
Attendee registration will open mid-August. Please invite your customers to the free event!. It is your responsibility to fill your classroom!
