8/2/2010 update - If you experience a Flickering Screen - Clear your cookies and cache in Internet Explorer or Firefox. Then minimize your screen and leave it for 5 minutes, then open it again and continue to logon. This will only happen the first time Webmail is accessed, and only on some computers.
