Health Insurance Information, Counseling, and Assistance Program (HIICAP)
HIICAP provides Medicare beneficiaries with free, unbiased information and assistance relating to health insurance.
A HIICAP Counselor can:
- Help you understand your medical bills
- Help you understand your health insurance policies
- Provide information on Long -Term Care Insurance
- Provide information on Medicare Managed Care
- The service is free and confidential.
HIICAP volunteers provide services at sites throughout Niagara County.
