Effective January 28, 2013, the Niagara County Department of Health Sexually Transmitted Disease/HIV (STD/HIV) clinic hours will change from 10:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. to 9:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Clinic is open every Monday and Wednesday, with the exception of major holidays. No appointment is required. The clinic is located at the Trott Access Center, 1001 11th Street in Niagara Falls.
