County to honor Purple Heart recipients

NORTH TONAWANDA  Niagara County Clerk Joseph Jastrzemski is hosting a Purple Heart "Book of Honor" Ceremony which will honor and recognize County veterans who are or were recipients of the Purple Heart the oldest military award presented to American service members.
