Tires: You must go to City Clerk's Office, One Locks Plaza, Lockport, and pay $2.00 per tire, at which time you will receive a certificate to bring your tires in. You may also take your tires to the Niagara County Landfill and Recycling Center for a small fee.
Large Item Pick Up: Large items (not over 50 pounds) can be put out with your regular trash for pick up. To have appliances picked up you must call 433-1267 (Streets Dept.) to be placed on a pick up list. A freon certificate is not required.
