APPOINTMENTS are now being taken for disposal of your Household Hazardous Waste at Lockport, Niagara Falls, and North Tonawanda locations weekdays from 9:00am - 2:00pm. Appointments are scheduled in 15 minute intervals so that there is no waiting.
Disposal is free for Refuse District Residents. Residents of Cambria, Newfane, Wilson, and Town of Niagara will be charged a $19 fee for disposal. No cash is accepted, you must have a check made out to NCRDD.
For items we cannot accept, we suggest that you find a friend or family member that can use the product for its original intended purpose. If not, then you may contact our Hazardous Waste contractor, MXI, and pay for proper manifested disposal, arranging payment and pick up date with them. They can be contacted at: marck@mxiinc.com. Your materials would then be picked up at our Hazardous Waste Disposal Location by MXI.
