Telehealth (Public Health Information Line)
The Niagara County Department of Health implemented a telephone call-in line in 2002. During regular business hours staff members manning the call-in line are dedicated to answering questions from the community regarding public health issues and concerns.
The employee assigned to TeleHealth will provide callers with requested information and answer questions on health-related concerns. If the employee is not able to answer a specific question or provide the requested information, he or she will determine which division within the department is most suited to assist you and will refer you to that location. If applicable, referrals may also be made to outside agencies.
Get connected to TeleHealth by calling (716) 278-1900 or (716) 439-7470.
