The goal of this program is to prevent the occurrence and transmission of vaccine-preventable diseases by ensuring the delivery of vaccines to children and adults. Required vaccinations are provided free of charge to children under 19. Immunizations are offered for a fee to all individuals 19 years of age and older.
There are two sites for immunization clinics throughout Niagara County:
- LOCKPORT - Trinity Lutheran Church, 67 Saxton St. @ LaGrange, Lockport, NY 14094
- NIAGARA FALLS - Trott Access Center, 1001 – Eleventh Street, Niagara Falls, NY 14301
Parents must accompany their child and bring the child’s immunization record with them to the clinic.
Adult Immunization and Family Travel Clinic

The Adult Immunization and Family Travel Clinic is held in the first floor clinic area of the Trott Access Center located at 1001 – Eleventh Street, Niagara Falls, NY 14301.
The following vaccines are available at this clinic:
- Adacel (Tdap)
- Decavac (Tetanus/Diphtheria – Td)
- Hepatitis A (series of two)
- Hepatitis B (series of three)
- Twinrix (combined Hep A and Hep B vaccine)
- Rabies (series of three)
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
- Menactra (from 11 to 55 years of age)
- Polio (IPV)
- PPD (Tuberculin skin test)
- Typhoid
- Yellow Fever
- Pneumococcal Polysaccharide (Will bill to Medicare and select insurances)
- Influenza vaccine during flu season (Will bill to Medicare and select insurances)
- Typhoid and Yellow Fever are among those vaccines offered that are required for overseas travel.
Payment in full is expected at the time of appointment. We do not accept credit cards.
Persons receiving a vaccine series are requested to pay for the entire series at the initial appointment. We only bill Community Blue insurance (except for flu and pneumonia vaccines) and the Community Blue co-pay is due at the time of the appointment.
An itemized receipt, specifying the vaccine(s) administered, will be provided upon request for submission to your individual insurance company.

Pneumococcal (Pneumonia vaccine) is also offered during flu clinics and throughout the year.
The Health Department bills Medicare and other participating private insurance companies for administration of the flu vaccine.
