This is the 19th Annual Technology Forum and it is Western New York’s leading Technology &
Cybersecurity annual event, with educational speakers, vendors and classroom presentations throughout the day and 350+ attendees.

The Targeted Audience includes decision makers from both the public and private sector working in information technology, information assurance, homeland security or corporate security are the targeted audience. Past forums have been represented by WNY hospitals, health care, volunteer organizations, manufacturing, public/private schools & universities, financial institutions and service industries along with a broad cross section of city, county and state departments. The audience contains many in a decision-making position.

Today many firms invest through event participation to enhance their relationship with their target audience. As a participant you will have a display in the Event Center. You will also be encouraged to invite your customers and partners to attend at no cost. This is the premier technology & homeland security event of WNY.

As a sponsor, you will have the opportunity to choose your level of sponsorship, from a breakfast or lunch sponsor with a display in the Event Center, to presenting to a key group in a classroom setting. Many extra advertising specials are available to sponsors only. You will also be encouraged to invite your customers and partners to attend at no cost. This is the premier event of WNY.

Sponsorship Details

$650 Gold Conference Sponsorship - Your logo will be displayed on the official Tech Forum tote bag. You will also receive additional on-line advertising and be featured in Business First as well as featured on a poster at the event. A free single booth in a prime Event Center location is included with the sponsorship.

$525 - $625 Classroom Sessions- You will have the opportunity to use a state-of-the-art classroom for 50 minutes to present on one of the pre-approved topics to your invited guests. You will also receive additional on-line advertising and be featured in Business First as well as featured on a poster at the event. A free single booth in a prime Event Center location is included with the sponsorship.
