Niagara Communities Comprehensive Plan
Community Outreach Meetings
In response to feedback received at past public meetings, six Community Outreach Meetings were held in April 2009. Meetings were held in each of the "planning subregions" of the county, geographic areas established during the planning process to facilitate discussion on planning issues. The map below identifies planning subregions and meeting locations. The purpose of the Community Outreach Meetings was to provide an overview of the planning process, to present the First Draft Niagara Communities Comprehensive Plan, to help determine where modifications need to be made to the Plan, and to obtain additional information to be incorporated into the Plan. Input received at these meetings is reflected in the Final Draft Plan available at www.niagaracounty.com/MapsReports.asp.
